My dear friend Jeanine bought this jacket for Jillian's 1st birthday. Shortly after I bought her this hat with the little braids. Bob says that she looks like a female version of Willie Nelson...so we started calling it her "Willina" hat. Now Dylan will sometimes call Jillian "Willina".

The Waggoner family resides in the small town of Frankfort located in the north/central part of Indiana. Bob, has lived here his entire life and I have lived in this great state for almost 7 years. We have been married 6 years and have 2 beautiful children (Dylan 5 & Jillian 11 months). We attend Faith Baptist Church in Lafayette Indiana and are involved in our church. Bob is employed at Fluid Dynamics Inc. out of Fort Wayne Indiana. I am a full-time wife and mother. Dylan is in Preschool at St. Matthews United Methodist Church located here in Frankfort. He loves his classes at the library, swimming, and Kingdom Kids. Jillian is content with exploring her new world, eating, and sleeping.
